Rome › The Piano Nobile

The piano nobile is the main (second) floor of the villa. Large airy bedrooms, incomparable views from a south facing balcony and two terraces respectively east and west facing over the whole of Rome. Mosaic bathrooms endearingly nineteen fifties but newly restored. A large and luxurious kitchen generously put in by a tenant , a well furnished living dining room .This was where, when we lived in Rome we spent our time.

200 m2-300 m2 depending on how many people come (4/10).

There is a lift, three terraces: large rooms, beautiful south facing views:large sitting room, dining room and large kitchen.
2/3 bedrooms , 2/3 bathrooms depending on how many guests there are.
