Research on Techniques to Reduce Traffic Noise and Exhaust Gas Emissions

Scope

One main objective of psiA-Consult is research and development in the areas of noise pollu­tion and traffic generated exhaust gas emissions. This also includes research and development of emissions reduction techniques.

Our experience:

psiA-Consult participates in numerous national (Austrian) and European research projects, mainly in the areas of:

Railway noise: STAIRRS, EURAILNOISE, METARAIL
Air traffic exhaust gas emissions: ARTEMIS, MEET, COST 319
Psycho-acoustic and secondary airborne noise: LEO

Our services:

Within the scope of our research projects we conduct a substantial number of measurements. These measurements provide the required results which enable us to progress our develop­ment work. Furthermore, we participate in workshops where we present and input our propos­als and ideas to improve the worldwide situation of noise pollution and exhaust gas immissions.
